Mr. Estevez was very prompt for our appointment. I had requested estimates to install an awning over a stairwell to prevent water from overflowing the drain and coming into the basement. I greatly appreciated Mr. Estevez’s candor and professionalism in letting me know that an awning would not solve my problem. He assessed it as a grading issue and gave his professional assessment of what was needed to solve my problem. I would greatly recommend him, based on my experience.
